No, I am not kidding!!!!!!!! This time next year, I will be WORKING AT WALT DISNEY WORLD IN FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, so I should probably explain. Disney have this program called Disney International College and it was advertised at my university, so I figured I'd tag along to the info session, since I love Disney and their parks. I found out that I could apply for this program which would allow me to live in Florida and work at Disney World.
I had my interview that same day and thought it went terribly, and so I was fully expecting to not be accepted. Then, a few weeks later, I got a certain email back saying I WAS ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was offered the position of Quick Service Food and Beverage, which is basically fast food. Not my first preference for a job, but it's the highest-paid and, ultimately, I don't care. IT'S DISNEY WORLD!My start date is July 17th 2010, and I'll be living in Florida and working at the park until January 7th, 2011. It's still a fair way off, which is good 'cause I need to save up money, but if anyone is around Florida at that time you should totally come and visit me! I'll definitely be updating here when I have more info, but... YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
